German American Societies Night of Gemuetlichkeit on Friday, March 6 at Elks Lodge #46 – a celebration of Wisconsin’s German American clubs and community. Heiner Giese, Goethe House treasurer and DSSV senior president, will be honored as the Wisconsin German American of the Year in recognition of his decades of contributions to the German American community.
